Human Rights First

Human Rights First is a non-profit, nonpartisan international human rights organization. They are an independent advocacy and action organization that believes American leadership is essential in the global struggle for human rights. The design of their 115-page annual report takes the circle form of the HRF logo — which also suggests the global nature of their work — and uses it as a grounding visual motif throughout the book. Large-scale photos and bold pull-quotes underscore the urgency of the issues detailed in the report.
